The space Our bright and cozy apartment is tastefully furnished in an elegant retro style, with wood elements, exposed brick and furnishings from as far away as India and Thailand! Although very close to the city center, the apartment fills you with a sense of calm as soon as you walk in, the perfect atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The building is newly refurbished, very clean and very safe. The apartment features one bedroom with a king-sized bed, as well as a very comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room for bigger groups or families. We also have a delightful little balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast and people-watching while you lounge in the sun. We want you to feel right at home, so we've tried to provide everything you could possibly need: - BREAKFAST INCLUDED - the kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus juicer, and even a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. You will also find some other basics, such as a variety of pots and pans, Ziploc bags and Tupperware for snacks, oil, salt and pepper, sugar and honey, tea, and also a few breakfast items. Feel free to help yourselves! - in the cupboard in the hall you'll find a variety of items such as emergency rain ponchos, a lint roller and incense sticks - there is a washing machine as well as a drying rack and an iron - in the bathroom we have a hairdryer and a first aid kit (which we hope you never have to use!) - in the living room we've left you a selection of books, puzzles and board games in case you've been walking around too much and need a night in! - while there is no dedicated parking spot, parking can be found easily in the area
