Tadaaa! We made a booklet about where our drinks actually come from: the thrill of stealing mirabelles in socialist-era concrete neighbourhoods as summer fun, extracted roots and other peculiar things we noticed in our grandmothers’ kitchens, eastern european backyards, plum jam flavour obsessions.
This booklet sits alongside our drinks list. Something closer to a source.

Nine years in and still saying yes to all this madness that running a bar means. All the low lights and tasty cocktails, the broken glasses, the bureaucracy, the friends and the very many lovely people coming by. Thanks a lot for being around and taking part of FIX story ♥️
