And not just any Friday.
The kind of Friday where you gonna say “just one drink” and suddenly you’re naming the bartender’s shaker and giving life advice to strangers.

Behind the bar? Oh, just casually summoning with complicity of fine folks from Simba another cocktail wizardry.
THIS TIME: Vlad Zaharia (yes, that Vlad) — brand ambassador for Maison Ferrand ,— a man who doesn’t just make cocktails, he negotiate with spirits like they own him money 💰

What’s going to happen?
Honestly, we’re not 100% sure and that’s the exciting part. Definitely is going to be super duper extra cool!

Breaking news from behind the bar 🍸

First things first: a massive THANK YOU Cristi, officially the fastest shaker in the Est (and West). After 3 years of precision, passion and dangerously good cocktails, he’s off on a “far far away” adventure. We’ll miss the speed, the flair and the quiet chaos he brought. Guests, please note: from now on, you are legally allowed to buy him unlimited shots whenever you spot him… IF you spot him. The man got fit and slippery lately:)

April updates, because we like structure (sometimes):
• April 11 – short day (we pretend to rest)
• April 12 – closed (actual rest, family, Easter vibes)
• April 24 – Guest Shift alert 🚨 with Vlad Zaharia, Ferrand Brand Ambassador. Yes, it’s that serious.
• May 1 – New cocktail menu drops. New drinks, new obsessions, same questionable decisions.

Stay thirsty, stay curious, and keep your eyes open for Cristi. He’s basically a myth now.

Adrian is Brand Ambassador for Parma Food, professional troublemaker in the world of cocktails 🍸 and a true cocktail architect. He works closely with bars and bartenders across the industry, running mixology trainings, introducing premium ingredients, and inventing cocktails that make people forget they originally planned to have “just one drink.” This Saturday Adrian is going to bring creativity, industry know-how and a shaker that rarely stays still...or move..and you should expect a guest shift where the bar becomes a small laboratory of liquid happiness.

He’s known around town for leading unforgettable wine tastings, bringing personality to every sip and once even impressed the judges on Chefi la cuțite with his culinary flare.

When he’s not schooling folks on the art of wine, Viorel turns up the fun with events like street wine parties and quirky wine wisdom.

This Valentine’s Day Friday, he’s stepping away from the vine and into our cocktail kingdom — ready to blend charm, love and liquid delight behind the bar 🍹💞
