We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a strong passion for cooking
- Loves traditional food and honest, simple flavors
- Is naturally curious about wine and the full dining experience
- Is comfortable stepping outside the kitchen, engaging with guests and sharing moments at the table
- Brings warmth, presence, and a natural ease with people
- Has pastry experience, a plus but not required

What matters most: energy, sensitivity, and true dedication to the craft.

Há sítios que não precisam de se explicar.
Só precisam de tempo.

A Quinta da Lomba nasce desse tempo. Ali perto da Serra da Estrela, onde tudo acontece devagar e sem alarido, existe um lugar com um ritmo próprio.

Quando Dirk chegou à Lomba, em 2012, havia uma urgência em salvar vinhas velhas com mais de 60 anos que estavam prestes a desaparecer. Vinhas destas não se recriam. São memória viva, cheias de castas diferentes, histórias cruzadas e identidade pura do Dão.

Hoje, essa história continua em duas garrafeiras de 2020.
