Good news for a Monday.

We’ve just been named Best Bar Collection at The Spill Awards 2026!! Yay

If you scroll far enough, you’ll find us/

a “hidden gem” on a hill in São Miguel, with over 2,227 gins you can actually sit down and enjoy.

But this didn’t happen because of us alone.

It happened because of every bottle brought by visitors,
every conversation at the bar,
every person who chose to spend time here.

The collection keeps growing because you become part of it.

And behind it, there’s purpose —
every drink and every bottle supports ocean conservation through the Ocean Azores Foundation.
