A note on our new look 🍽️✨
If you’ve visited us recently, you’ve likely noticed changes to SakeMico’s layout. We wanted to share the rationale behind the shift.

The restaurant industry is adjusting to high ingredient costs and shifting dining habits. By consolidating most of our seating onto a single floor, we can operate much more efficiently and maintain our standards with a streamlined team.

Change always brings mixed opinions—we know many guests had a favorite spot upstairs, while others will enjoy the updated flow downstairs.

Either way, our core focus remains unchanged: serving quality food and the biggest selection of premium sake in Europe with personalized service.

📣New Opening Hours from Feb 16

Over the next two months, SakeMico will be adjusting its operating structure in response to current market conditions.

Our opening hours will change starting Monday, February 16, with a further update taking effect on March 1. As we refine our schedule, we recommend checking our social channels for the most up-to-date hours before visiting.

Sake Sunday will continue without any disruption.
