Quimera Food Menu. We produce our food with the best ingredients and manufacture them fresh or fermented in our kitchen everyday with a lot of love. All the fermentation are made by Lucas Aquino (our 👨‍🍳): Kim chi, sauerkraut, Pastrami. The breads are also special sourdough buns for Burgers and Pure rye for Pastrami and Reuben from Crust Artisanal Bakery. The vegan, veggie and salmon are served in focaccia by Pausa e Crescente Focacceria Italiana. Check in www.quimerabrewpub.com/menus for full descriptions.
Our Pastrami is probably the FIRST ONE IN LISBON. And one of the best by critics.
Match with our 12 b**rs always rotating, all produced by Adam Heller, the head brewer at the same building.
10 years producing and evolving recipes for your delight in our beloved 1740 royal rocky tunnel.

We live in an unpredictable time and world. Because of that we lift our flag for freedom, craft, human, friendship and tolerance. The Quimera pub relies in these ingredients trying to inspire whoever enters here to share all: experiences, thoughts, energy, art, taste for natural beverages and food and, of course, to have a good time. After 10 years open and making part of the AI revolution, we more and more believe in the old and solid foundations that make humans create a better place to each other in acceptance of our differences. If you share this ideology feel part of our family. And if you have some seconds to help us to share with the world... give us a rating in Google. It is a way for our common ideology to grow for our planet to choose a better direction. Check the qr code or just search Quimera Brewpub in Google. **rlisbon **r nightoutlisbon
