More often than not, when we're developing new cocktails we tend to lean on gastronomic memories from our childhood, or dishes that makes us happy, such is the case of the CURRY ON 🌱
My mom makes this Goan Crab Curry since I can remember and she has learned to make it with her mom, that learned how to make it with my great grandmother and it's also a testament of how food travelled through the old portuguese colonies 🌊⛴️🦀
The first time I brought Semi to my house, my mom cooked it for him and he was hooked, so it was only natural we'd end up making a cocktail based on a dish we love so much.
