Sicario's Quesadilla... an instant hit! 😇

Quesadilla: Minced beef with taco spices, spring onion, flamengo cheese, cheddar cheese, burnt corn and roast bell pepper.

Hitman's hot sauce: fermented beets, strawberries, green mango, spring onion, ginger, garlic, smoked chili powder, lime juice.

Carrot mascarpone cake with tequila and lime zests. Flambeed pineapple gel, candied jalapeno, pansy flowers and black sesame.

Mango, Pineapple, Madeira Wild Blueberries fermented in honey, Jalapenos, Fermented chillies, Brown suggar, Rice wine vinegar, Onions, Garlic, Lime juice, Cumin.
