Meet the Dos Santos Craft B**r brewers! Matthew & Democrito (D for short!)
Matthew, who trained as a chemical engineer is our head brewer, he’s been brewing b**r for years back in his homeland of 🇿🇦 and joined us 4 years ago!
Democrito who owned and operated his own craft b**r brand back in 🇧🇷 joined us around a year ago!
Together you can find them working away in the brewery, tweaking recipes and coming up with new ideas! Next time you’re here pop in and say hello!
