Hi everyone,

We’ve just opened O’Grady’s Bar for the 2026 season — just in time for the 6 Nations.

Hope to see ye all soon 🍀

We welcomed our first daughter, Sadie O’Grady, into the world on 14/01/26, weighing 7lbs 6ozs — and our lives have changed forever.
Nothing really prepares you for that moment when you first see your child. The love is instant, overwhelming, and impossible to describe. Sadie has already filled our hearts and our home with more joy than we ever imagined ❤️❤️❤️

From all of us at O’Grady’s Bar, we’d like to wish our friends, locals, and visitors a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🍻
Thank you for the music, the stories, the laughs, and the great company throughout the year.
Here’s to good health, full glasses, and many more memories in the year ahead.
Sláinte 🎄🥂

Very sorry to hear to passing of one of the greats. Joe Cooke. Joe was a regular to alvor for over 30 years. He was a great story teller loved his pints of Guinness and wasn’t too bad at the dancing. May he rest in peace
