This year’s concept - apart from the always and forever staying Japanese cuisine from dear Chef .ooyama - is Himalayan inspired with a Mediterranean touch.

Chef accepted the challenge to be with us at the beach shack cooking the yearly changing culinary concept after being with Chef a couple of years in 2 star Michelin kitchen!
Join him to savor something truly flavorful 🫠🦐

Chef .ooyama it always taking his Sushi rice very, very seriously! Koshihikari rice is considered the “king of rice” in Japan, and famous for its soft texture, delicate shine and slightly sweet flavor with plenty of umami.
