In a culture shaped by constant self-improvement, it becomes increasingly difficult to distinguish growth from pressure. This gathering invites a pause - and a different question: who are we beyond the endless “process”?

The conversation with the author - psychologist, journalist, and creator of the podcast “Sznurowadła myśli” .mysli - will be hosted by Angelika Kucińska . Together, they will explore the limits of therapy, the mechanisms of self-development culture, and alternative ways of thinking about ourselves and our relationships.

In Warsaw, the discussion will also feature a special guest - Igor Rotberg .rotberg, psychologist, psychotraumatologist, and certified psychotherapist, as well as one of the experts featured in the book.
