Philipp Kuhn not only focuses on local grapes from Laumersheim, Pfalz but also likes to experiment with Bordeaux blends, Burgundy grapes or Sangiovese and Viognier unfindable in the region.

Meet the people from the winery, expect a large selection of Philipp Kuhn wines by the glass, wines you can’t find in Poland yet and our classic menu.

PATOIS - celebrates the bold, vibrant flavors of Jamaica through a modern, globally-inspired lens. Driven by a commitment to locality and sustainability, creatively blending Jamaican heritage with the best seasonal ingredients available.

Originally from Jamaica, Chef Bill has honed his craft in some of the world’s most dynamic culinary cities, including Toronto, London, Amsterdam, and now Stockholm, where he leads the kitchen as Head Chef of Grus Grus Wine Bar.
Through Patois, Bill reimagines Jamaican cuisine across continents, crafting dishes that reflect both his roots, experience and his travels. The result? Not a traditional Jamaican food, but rather a deeply personal interpretation-where culture, innovation, and storytelling form the menu!
