We brought a taste of English brewing tradition to the Warsaw B**r Festival: casks, hand pumps and classic styles brewed with English hops. And you showed us there’s a place for them in your glasses and your hearts! ❤️

11 empty casks, countless questions, great conversations and encounters that will stay with us for a long time.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to try our b**rs, came back for another pint and brought their friends along. Thanks also to the organisers and all the fellow b**r folks on the other side of the stands for the great atmosphere and the exchange of knowledge and experience!
We’re heading home with empty casks and heads full of ideas. See you at the pumps! 🍺

🇬🇧 Discover one of our b**rs!
Let’s start with Rebelion is a Rye IPA.
Thanks to the generous use of rye, this b**r is considerably fuller-bodied and richer in flavor than a classic IPA. It also develops a subtle peppery note on the finish.
To balance the aggressive character brought by the rye, we used hops such as Citra, Simcoe, and Columbus, delivering fresh citrus and grapefruit aromas. 🍋

Ultimately, Rebelion combines bold, spicy rye notes with exotic hop aromas, creating a well-balanced and distinctive character. A high, short-lasting bitterness adds an extra touch of refreshment.

Piwo dzięki zastosowaniu dużej ilości żyta, jest znacznie bardziej gęste i
pełne w smaku od klasycznego piwa. Do tego ma lekko pieprzny posmak na finiszu. Dla zbalansowania agresywnych nut pochodzących od żyta, zastosowaliśmy chmiele, takie jak Citra, Simcoe, czy Columbus, dające rześkie cytrusowo-grejpfrutowe aromaty. 🍋

Ostatecznie Rebelion, jednoczesnie ma agresywne korzenne nuty od żyta, które dobrze balansują egzotycznie aromaty
chmielowe a dodatkowego orzeźwienia nadaję wysoka i krótka goryczka.

🍺 REBELLION IS COMING… BUT HOW DOES A B**R LIKE THIS ACTUALLY GET MADE?

Yesterday we introduced you to Rebellion – our new Rye IPA, 6.5% ABV, coming soon to the handpump.

Today, before you get to taste it, we want to take you behind the scenes.

At T.E.A. TIME, b**r doesn’t simply appear on the bar. It starts in our brewery, goes through a process built around ingredients, time, knowledge and a very British brewing tradition.
