Today something really special. Monobotanical gin made with organic juniper and fermented juniper. Directly infused in alcohol and then aged for one year in terracota amphor😲 Very smooth , juniper is perfectly balanced and in the aftertaste you can taste a little bit of a pickle in my opinion. Great and delicious experience!

Dzisiaj mam dla was coś wyjątkowego. Monobotaniczny gin stworzony z organicznego jałowca oraz ze sfermentowanego jałowca. Infuzowamy ,a następnie starzony przez rok w amforach z terakoty😲 Perfekcyjnie zbalansowany smak jałowca , a w dodatku możemy odczuć lekki posmak ogórków kiszonych w "aftertaste" naszego ginu. Niesamowite doświadczenie które oceniam zdecydowanie na plus.

This cocktail is a Perfect way to really experience and get all of the chocolate bitters flavour. I need to Tell you guys! This bitters is a brownie in A bottle. Rich , Natural and Perfectly balanced chocolate/brownie flavour is exactly what you want from chocolate bitters🍫♥️ Aspecially Combined with vanilla notes of Cuban dark rum. You need to try it!
