INGREDIENTS
Flour ½ kg
Egg 1
Yeats 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Ghee ½ cup
Milk to knead
Castor sugar ½ cup

COOKING DIRECTIONS
Soak 1 tbsp yeast in water for 10 minutes.

Now in a large pan put together soaked yeast, ½ kg flour, 1 egg, ½ cup castor sugar, ¼ tsp salt and ½ cup ghee.

Mix well and knead to soft dough with milk as required. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Make sugar syrup by dissolving a little sugar in water. Now make small balls, roll into roti, brush top with sugar syrup.

Prick top using fork, now bake in a preheated oven of 150 degrees for 10 minutes.

Tawa bhindi Chaat Masala
Ingredients:
Lady finger ½ kg
Tomato 6
Large Green Chili 6
Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Curry Leaf 8
Lemon Juice ½ cup
Red Chili 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 50 grams
Oil 4 tbsp
Green Coriander ½ bunch

Method:
• In one dish add 1 tbsp chaat masala, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tsp red chili, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt. Mix well.
• After this, add make a cut onto lady fingers and pour into 6 tomatoes.
• Now on Tawa, heat 4 tbsp oil, fry lat fingers and dish out.
• Also, place filled tomatoes on tawa, cover and cook on low flame.
• Cook until tomatoes tender then add 6 large green chilies, 8 curry leaves, fried lady fingers along with 50 grams butter.
• Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
• Turn off the flame.

Malbari Biryani

Ingredients:
Boiled Meat 1 kg
Boiled Sila Rice 1 kg
Tomato ½ kg
Onion 2
Mint Leaf 1 bunch
Green Chili 6
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Lemon 4
Tamarind Juice ½ cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
For Tarka:
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Curry Leaf 6
Round Red Chili 6

Method:
• First of all in frying pan add ½ cup oil along with 2 onions. Cook until light brown.
• After this, add 1 kg boiled meat, ½ kg tomatoes; 1 tsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp ginger garlic and ½ cup tamarind juice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
• Also add 4 lemon juice, 6 green chilies along with 1 kg boiled sila rice.
• Give beghar of 1 tsp mustard seeds, 6 curry leaves, 6 round red chilies.
• In the end cover and cook for 15 minutes.
