AN IMPORTANT REMINDER FROM LIMITS UNKNOWN
Limits Unknown is a place for good food, gatherings, families, friends, and a good time. But there is one thing we will never tolerate: harassment of our staff.
Last night, we experienced an incident involving a foreign guest who subjected members of our service team to unwanted touching. Because of this, I want to make our position very clear.
Our waitresses and servers are here to work. They are professional employees who deserve the same dignity, personal space, and respect as anyone else.
Serving you is their job. Being touched, flirted with aggressively, grabbed, or subjected to unwanted sexual advances is NOT part of their job.
Being a paying customer does not give anyone permission to touch our staff.
Your money, social status, position, influence, or nationality does not give you that privilege either.
From this point forward, Limits Unknown maintains ZERO TOLERANCE for sexual harassment or any unwanted physical contact toward our employees.
Anyone who crosses that line may be asked to leave the premises immediately. When appropriate, we will contact the police, preserve available evidence, and pursue the proper legal remedies. We will not hesitate to protect our people.
For our foreign guests, you are very welcome at Limits Unknown, but please understand that while you are here, Philippine laws apply to you just as they apply to everyone else.
We respect our customers, and we expect the same respect for the people who work hard to serve you.
Come here to eat, play, celebrate, and enjoy yourself. Just remember one simple rule: keep your hands to yourself and treat our staff with respect.
Limits Unknown will always stand behind its employees when their safety and dignity are at stake.
Respect our staff. Respect their boundaries. No means NO. Unwanted touching is never acceptable.
