Our Story

Tuy Arts and Designs is a family business that started as a hobby of creative siblings. Continuous product / design research and development and joining local and international trade fairs (organized by the Department of Trade and Industry), have paved the way for us to become a one of the reputable companies in the local handmade paper industry while being globally competitive too.

With the knowledge and experience in design, product development and visual arts that we have gained by being in the business for more than a decade, Tuy Arts and Designs has been able to innovate and create other possible raw materials besides abaca handmade paper. Now we also manufacture up-cycled products using wine and PET bottles, coffee grounds and sugarcane leaves as our raw materials. The sugarcane leaves are skilfully crafted by the wives of sugarcane farmers, providing them with an alternative livelihood.
