“THE BOROUGH” is the answer to a taste and demand for a Brits main fast food meals, to be consumed while chatting with

friends or hanging out as a group, or as family. In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate one food outlet from another. Vicente By-pass , is now becoming the model nightlife in the City of Tarlac and will be an economic boom. Our main priority is to establish one food outlet in a fast booming food-nightlife district with a twist of British food and British restaurant interior. Later, our effort will be a further development of more food outlets in the surrounding area or within central Luzon. This plan is prepared to obtain a location for the initial launch of this concept.The financing, in addition to the capital contributions from shareholders, will allow “THE BOROUGH” to successfully open and expand through year two. The initial capital investment will allow “THE BOROUGH” to provide its customers with a value-driven, entertaining experience through the creativity of its founders.
