本日昼頃のカフェタイムに来店した日本人を含むグループ内で、当店女性スタッフへのセクハラ行為を確認しました。

性的な発言および性行為を求める趣旨の発言が確認されています。

関係者については、事実関係を確認のうえ、永久出入り禁止とします。

日本人オーナーとして、私は今回の件を非常に重く受け止めています。

海外で、現地の女性スタッフに対してこのような振る舞いをすることは、同じ日本人として本当に恥ずかしく、到底許せるものではありません。

当店はそういう店ではありません。

スタッフは、お客様から性的な発言や誘い、ハラスメントを受けるために働いているわけではありません。

現在、スタッフへの聞き取りおよび監視カメラ映像を含め、当時の状況を確認しています。

当該行為に関与した人物については、事実関係を確認したうえで永久出入り禁止とします。

また、同行者についても、その場での関与や対応を確認し、必要と判断した場合には同様の措置を取ります。

そして、日本人オーナーとして、はっきり申し上げます。

海外で現地スタッフに対してこのような行為をする、そんな恥ずかしい日本人には、当店には永久に来ていただかなくて結構です。

売上のために、このようなお客様を受け入れるつもりもありません。

これはお願いではなく、当店のルールです。

最後に、これは決して日本人のお客様全体に向けた言葉ではありません。

⚠️ ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Today, a customer sexually harassed one of our staff members, including asking her to go to a hotel with him.
ALLY BAR & CAFE is NOT that kind of establishment. Once all details are confirmed, the customer involved will be permanently banned.

We are currently reviewing the incident, including available CCTV footage, to confirm the full details.

Our staff are here to serve food, drinks, and coffee — not to receive sexual invitations, inappropriate comments, or harassment from customers.

We welcome and appreciate every customer who treats our team with respect. However, any form of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated, whether during café hours or bar hours.

The safety, dignity, and respect of our staff come first.

Thank you to everyone who continues to respect our team and our establishment.
