The most authentic Italian Carbonara in the metropolis. Prepared with the original meat used to flavor this dish - Guanciale, handcarried from Italy, rounded off with pecorino romano, parmigiana reggiano and an egg yolk! No other comes close. Catch it before The Piano’s closes at the end of this month!
