HOW TO BE BUSOG SA SNACKTIME!

I've decided to write this post kung paano maging busog during snacktime!

I'll try to simplify the steps in just 5 steps:

Step #1: Drink your water B****

Drinking plenty of water each day provides many health benefits like keeping the body hydrated, aiding digestion, improving skin health, boosting energy levels, supporting weight loss, and flushing out toxins..

Walang recommendation sa exact number ng baso ng tubig na dapat inumin araw-araw, nagdedepende ito sa edad, kasarian, activity level at climate. Here are some general guidelines:
For women, around 11-15 cups (2.2-3 liters) of total fluids per day.
For men, around 15-17 cups (3-3.7 liters) of total fluids per day.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women need additional fluids. Up to 16-18 cups (3.8-4.3 liters) per day.
For children and teens, around 5-11 cups (1.2-2.6 liters) per day depending on age and activity level.
For older adults, around 9-12 cups (2.2-2.8 liters) for women and 12-16 cups (3-4 liters) for men per day.
In hot climates or during exercise, fluid needs can double to replace sweat losses.
