The second day of the 22nd Tilaw Food Festival also featured the Wine Mixing / Cocktail Competition at the City Gymnasium today, September 24, 2025. Participants showcased creativity and flair in preparing their signature mixes, with winners recognized for their outstanding performances that highlighted Surigaonon talent.

This activity is part of the 2025 National Tourism Month and Philippine Creative Industries Month celebration, organized by the City Government of Surigao, through the Surigao City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office, in partnership with the Province of Surigao del Norte and DTI Surigao del Norte.
