I am Abigail Sabusap, owner of Barcelona Sports and Rock Bar together with my partner.

To everyone who has been asking whether we sold BarCelona Sports & Rock Bar , the answer is NO.
We did not sell the business, and we had no knowledge of any sale. We have not received any payment whatsoever—not even a single centavo.
We were never informed that Barcelona Sports and Rock Bar had been sold or that someone had purchased it. This was done without our knowledge or consent.
We are currently taking immediate action to address this matter through the proper legal action and its moving fast..
We have a valid 7-year lease agreement that runs until 2032, as well as supporting legal documents, including a Deed of Sale, Deed of Assignment, and Power of Attorney from the previous owner of Barcelona Sports and Rock Bar.
At present, another party is operating the business without our permission and is using the equipment, furniture, fixtures, and inventory that belong to us, including our liquor stocks.
We appreciate everyone's concern and support.
