Why We’re Fighting to Keep Your Pint at the Same Price
At Pinatubo Brewery, we believe a great beer should be accessible. But we want to be honest with you: the world behind the bar is changing fast.
Lately, we’ve been hit by a "perfect storm" of rising costs. From the premium malt and hops we source to the glass bottles and CO2 used for carbonation, from the French Fries and the Cheese to the the meat and rice, our suppliers are charging significantly more than they were just a year ago. Global supply chains and local energy shifts have made brewing and cooking more expensive for everyone.
So, why haven't we raised our prices?
Because we value the community that has supported us since 2015. We know your wallet is feeling the squeeze, too. To avoid passing these costs on to you, we’ve been working harder behind the scenes:
Maximizing our Solar Power: By leaning into our solar energy systems, we’re cutting down on the record-high electricity rates hitting the Philippines right now.
Smarter Sourcing: We are negotiating harder with suppliers to keep quality high without the "craft premium" price tag.
Efficiency: We’ve refined our "oil-free" production to be as lean as possible.
We can’t promise prices will stay here forever, but we can promise that we are doing everything in our power to keep Pinatubo Brewery the place where you can still grab a world-class beer with a delicious small snack or huge meal without breaking the bank.
