Ronin Brotherhood MC: Prospecting

Prospecting in a Motorcycle Club (MC), is a process where an MC applicant has moved from Hang-around to what is now known as a "Prospect", and will now go through the next process in becoming a Full member of the Brotherhood. For those who don't know, Prospecting is a period of training and evaluation before becoming a Fullpatch member. During this time, the Prospect is expected to go through the Club's process to show and prove their dedication, and compatibility with the MCs values and members. This period can vary in length, depending on the MCs rules and the Prospect's performance.

Prospects often have to complete various pre-requisites, tasks, attend meetings, and participate in club activities to demonstrate their loyalty and commitment. They are also closely observed by existing members to ensure they are a good fit for the Club. Once the Prospect successfully completes this period, they may be invited to become a full member of the MC, of which a big celebration follows.

Ronin Brotherhood MC: Who are Hang-Arounds?

In a Motorcycle Club (MC), a "Hang-around" (HA) is someone who's interested in joining the club but is not an official member yet. The HA stage is essentially a trial period where an MC applicant hangs around with the MC members, attends events, and gets to know the MC's culture and values. It's also a chance for the club members to evaluate the HA's character, commitment, and compatibility with the crew members.

The hang-around period can vary in length, depending on the MC and the HA. If things go well, the hang-around might be invited to become a "Prospect," which is the next step toward full membership.

As of today, we have 4 HAs across all 5 Charters, awaiting the next stage of the MC process.
