✅ Experience: 3–5 years in F&B management. Must know bar ops, kitchen flow, and high-volume service.
✅ Financials: Skilled in inventory control, P&L, labor costs, and POS systems.
✅ Leadership: Ability to recruit, train, and keep the team motivated. Must be the "cool head" during a busy rush.
✅ Island Life Ready: Resourceful problem-solver (Siquijor logistics!) with great English & Tagalog/Bisaya skills
✅ Vibe: A natural host who can handle guest relations and keep the social media aesthetic on point.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily operations & staff scheduling
• Stock management & supplier relations
• Ensuring health/safety compliance
• Driving sales & guest satisfaction
