โข Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred
โข At least 2โ3 years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role
โข Strong knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
โข Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
โข Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
โข Organized, creative, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment

โข Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
โข Physically fit and capable of handling various kitchen duties
โข Willing to assist in food preparation, cleaning, and dishwashing

โข Open to working weekends and holidays
