Loqui's started out as a small deli way back in 1983 by Aling Luisa Loquinario. In 2004, we branched out into the resto & catering business. Now we provide buffet style lunch or dinner in Al Fresco style. We recently launched an air-conditioned venue where you can eat reasonably priced dishes and chill while reading from our vast assortment of books/novels.
