Baluarte JTG A relaxed, laid back patio dedicated to the great Supremo. It is fast becoming the rendevous of liberal thinkers, artists and progressive movements.

Located in the more quiet sector of QC's Scout Area. Baluarte was started by two bros who wanted to provide a venue for liberal thinking, debates, local artists, freedom movements. This restaurant promotes what it calls "Farm to Plate" by buying directly from farmers and fishermen and eliminating the middlemen. The income of the producers are tremendously increased, liberating them from economic bo***ge.
