It's now available frozen and pre-marinated with quality hand-picked ingredients!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

-Rub the knuckle with 1 pinch of rock salt front and back

-Deep fry for 8 minutes (both sides) medium heat for 350°

-After 8 minutes, take the knuckle out to drain.

-Increase the heat to 410°

-Once it's ready, submerge the knuckle for 3 minutes both sides.

-Lift the knuckle out to drain.

And it's ready!👌
