This is to formally inform everyone that MITZ GISULGA is no longer connected with Bourbon Street Blues Bar & Cafe, effective AUGUST 20, 2026.
All coffee recipes, drink formulations, ingredients, costing, business processes, supplier information, and other confidential information learned during their time with the establishment must remain strictly confidential and must not be disclosed, shared, reproduced, or used without proper authorization.
We also value the people who genuinely put effort into their work. We expect everyone who chooses to work with us to work properly, respect the effort of others, take their responsibilities seriously, and value the opportunity given to them.
We believe that hard work, honesty, respect, and professionalism should always go both ways.
