San Jose Craft Beer was born from a simple love for good food and great beer.
Our founder, a chef by heart, has always believed that the best meals deserve an equally great drink. During a trip to Tagaytay, that passion took a new direction when he discovered the art of craft beer brewing. What started as curiosity quickly turned into commitment, he cultivated, trained, and poured himself into learning the craft.
Not long after, he brewed his very first batch. It wasn’t just good, it was the beginning of something real.
“San Jose” is more than just a name. It’s the place where everything came to life,where the first batch was created, where the vision took shape, and where the dream of crafting our own beer began. It’s our safe space, our foundation, and our constant reminder of why we do what we do.
From that first brew to every glass we serve today, San Jose Craft Beer is built on passion, craft, and the courage to start something worth sharing.
