🚨 WEATHER ADVISORY: TYPHOON UWAN 🚨
As of latest PAGASA update
Typhoon Uwan continues to rapidly intensify as it moves closer to the Philippine Sea, east of the Bicol Region. Several areas, including Metro Manila, are now under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #2.
🌪 Current Status of Bagyong Uwan:
• Location: 575 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar
• Winds: 150 kph (max) • Gusts up to 185 kph
• Movement: West-northwest at 30 kph
• Possible to reach Super Typhoon category tonight or tomorrow
📍 Forecast Track:
• Approaching Catanduanes by early morning tomorrow
• Possible landfall over Isabela–Aurora area tomorrow night or early Monday
• Will cross Northern Luzon and exit through Lingayen Gulf by Monday
⚠️ Hazards to Expect:
• Heavy rainfall and flooding
• Damaging winds, especially in areas under Wind Signals No. 2 and No. 3
• Storm surge exceeding 3 meters in coastal areas
• Very rough to high seas – Sea travel is highly risky

Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Region, Aurora, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Quezon, Bicol Region, Northern & Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Siargao
