Something new and different from the usual commercial beers served in stores, bars, restaurants, and homes in Naga City. That’s craft beer, and at a much lower price than they cost in Manila. That’s home-brewed craft beer for our happy home. This is the dream for the Maogmang Lugar. And so Ibalon Craft Brew is introducing to Naga City the first and only home-brewed craft beers in Bicol. Living the

spirit of our myth Ibalon, journey with us in an adventure into craft beer brewed at home with local ingredients, matched with a menu of home-cooked appetizers and dishes native to the creative and resourceful Bicolano households. Featuring four craft beers served from the tap in 330 ml glasses and named after epic characters, Ibalon Craft Brew showcases: wise BANTONG as Pale Ale; the brave BALTOG as India Pale Ale (IPA); the enchanting ORIOL as the stout flavored with Bicol Cacao and coffee beans and; the hero HANDIONG infused with native sili. Reading Ibalon is not required. We will tell you our story.
