Today certainly feels like the time we moved out of our childhood home. One cannot help but think back on all the moments and memories that only that space would ever fully know. We look back gratefully for all the people who have treated 8 Parker Willis as their own home—whether it be a celebration of a milestone or simply gathering with family and friends sharing stories over a good meal.

This project was borne out of a family wanting to share their passion, but little did we know that we’d gain new ones through our staff, suppliers and loyal patrons.

As we close our doors today, we’d like to thank all of you for the chance to share our story with you. Join us today for one last time.

This is not however goodbye, just a see you later. 🙂

Hi everyone!

We regret to inform you that 8 Parker Willis will be permanently closing our doors in Madison Galeries after January 30.

Meanwhile, we will still be accepting raclette and cold cuts catering for any of your events.

We would like to thank you for your patronage and we hope to see you soon!

Our Salted Egg Fried Chicken and Pancakes is made of chicken that's fried to perfection; coated with our special salted egg sauce on top of a stack of pancakes and cabbage slaw, and finished with maple syrup. Sounds weird? You gotta try it to believe it!
