Deliberation:
C. Proposed Sorority 1975 Council
1. As well explained by GNS Roland Ben Abo, by the name alone stands: Alpha Kappa Rho International Humanitarian Service Fraternity and SORORITY Inc. and under our AKP-CBL, it embraces all Skeptrons men and women, thus he firmly said there is no need for such creation of Sorority Council.
2. Brod Jojo del Rosario added: Our territorial and or geographical holdings of AKP namely Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao was structured to represent Sorority as well and reiterated that with the present Officers of sorority 1975 it acts as a core group that need not be under the administration of the Grand National Council since Founding Mothers' Girlie Tesoro and Joyce Gregorio are AKP-Supreme Board members.He continued by saying, all sorority has the right to be elected in all chapters, councils and in the National levels.
Other matters:
1. GNC 40th Anniversary Program set up and coordination for AKp- founders and Seniors
As reported by NLGS Gladys Pasaporte- Chairwoman of 40th Anniversary Committee as follows:
A. When: Thursday 8 August 2013 5:00 in the afternoon on-wards
Where: Delpan Sports Complex Manila City. http://wikimapia.org/770889/Delpan-Sports-Complex
B. Parade assembly at 5:00 in the morning at Blumentritt and Parade start at 7:00 in the morning, from Blumentritt going to España up to the Program venue at Delpan Sports Complex, Manila City.
C. AKP-SB Officers and members will be in complete attendance at 3:00 in the afternoon onwards
D. AKP-Founding Fathers and Founding Mothers' attendance is expected to be from 1:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon to cope for the program proper.
E. Security is secured: AKP- Marshalls will de deployed, 4 AKP-Chapters surround the area and Police Station is near the venue and permits are all approved .
2. AKP-FOUNDERS/AKP-SUPREME BOARD/GRAND NATIONAL COUNCIL GET-TOGETHER PARTY
When: 10 August 2013 Saturday

Note: Free dinner excluding beverages and for AKP-Guests (non officers and members) who want to join the party will have an entrance fee of Php500.00 for meal excluding beverages.
3. AKP-Ati-atihan
GNC has requested to solicit pledges to good AKP-Samaritans to raise Php 10,000.00 for two (2) groups of Ati-atihan to shoulder this expense. Please contact Sis Gladys Pasaporte at 09158068631.
Meeting was adjourned at past 5:00 in the afternoon.
