PART 1 ~ We’re designing, crafting and building nearly all elements of this bar ourselves. More importantly, we’re also utilizing salvaged and up-cycled materials as much as we can. From our glasses to lewis ice bags, mallets, aprons, coasters and furniture, our sustainability-influenced approach caters to all five senses (more on this later).
