Everyone can now make a proper Paper Plane cocktail.
To celebrate we are giving away a bottle of Amaro Nonino.

The Spirits Library's bartender and general manager, Mark Edward Reyes, touched down in Shanghai for guest shifts that reminded us why we do what we do. Two iconic rooms, one city that never sleeps on good drinks — at The Union Trading Co. and 1515 West. We poured alongside Shawn Escasa of No Entry; trading techniques, stories, and probably a few strong opinions on ice.

Every drink that night carried a little piece of what we've been building here.
