Meet Cavinti Fizz.
—Tanqueray No. 10, homemade Pineapple Liqueur, Yuzu Juice, White Peppercorn, Yakult Air

A tropical twist on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz, originally served on a wild river canoe trip down the Pagsanjan River. A civilized cocktail in a decidedly uncivilized setting. The name comes from Cavinti Falls, also known as Pagsanjan Falls, which takes its name from a wedding tradition of the native Aetas. The groom would chase his bride to the river as onlookers shouted "kabit sa binti!" — cling to the legs. A love story, a river, and now a very good drink.
