Allow us to roll out the red carpet once more for The Grasshopper Bar! 🦗

When we were first conceptualizing our humble space, we knew we needed a drink that would serve as our muse—and the underrated Grasshopper immediately made sense to us.

We talked about how we wanted people to be reintroduced to this once-common dessert drink; and we were brought down to three most important things—texture, the balance between the mint and chocolate, and the temperature.

These became our pillars for cocktail craftsmanship, ensuring that every serve delivers a unique experience that’s distinctly ours, reviving the Grasshopper in a way that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new.

Inspired by Pink Floyd’s fourteenth dark masterpiece studio album, Phil Ward (an early mezcal evangelist and Death & Co. alumnus) created the Division Bell by swapping gin with Mezcal and Aperol that of Chartreuse in a classic Last Word blueprint.

Made with Montelobos Mezcal, brightly bitter Aperol, vegetal Maraschino liqueur, and lime — this spiritous serve of a modern classic is just as hauntingly beautiful as that Pink Floyd album that we couldn’t afford not to put on the menu.

If you’re the adventurous type, this cocktail is perfect for those who enjoy a well-rounded, intriguing cocktail experience. 😉
