Bucari is a barangay with mountainous terrain situated in the highlands of Leon, Iloilo.

Famous for its cool climate, beautiful landscapes with majestic mountains, lush green rice terraces and pine forests as well as refreshing waterfalls - Bucari is undoubtedly one of Iloilo's best ecotourism destinations.

It's a perfect getaway destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers not only during summer but also during rainy season.

Here are some popular spots you could visit:

💡 Imoy Falls and Combong Falls are already part of Brgy. Camandag.

How to get there:

1️⃣ Ride a jeepney bound for Leon at Pavia Transport Terminal or the jeepney terminal at the Jaro Big Market.
2️⃣ Look for the tourism office to register your name(s).
3️⃣ From the Leon Public Plaza, ride a trike and tell the driver to drop you off at the terminal of jeeps bound for Bucari.
4️⃣ If there are no available jeepneys at the terminal, you may also opt to ride a motorcycle (habal-habal) from there. 😉
