BAKIT MUKHANG LAGING GALIT ANG KUSINERO? Ito yung mga madalas na dahilan kung bakit! 👇⬇️

1. Pressure cooker ang kusina
Kada minuto mahalaga. May ticket, may order, may timer.
Resulta: High tension = masungit face.

2. Init sa kitchen, init din ang ulo
May apoy sa likod, kumukulong mantika sa gilid, tapos may order pa ng “extra crispy tapos not to oily!
Resulta: Pawis + init = wala sa mood si chef.

3. Laging gutom pero di makakain
Luto ng luto para sa iba… pero ’di makasingit kumain.
Resulta: Hangry (hungry + angry) mode activated.

4. Puyat at pagod, araw-araw
Mahaba ang oras,minsan walang day-off.
Resulta: Low patience, high stress.

5. Ayaw ng makulit sa kitchen
“Chef, ano ’tong order?” (5 beses na tinanong) tapos
Kaka order lang mga server follow up agad.

6. Standard dapat pare-pareho
Isang maling hiwa, kulang na asin, overcooked na itlog—nako! Ayun sub standard na.

7. Multitasking overload
Habang nagsasaing, nagpuplating, nagche-check ng stock, may dumarating na delivery.
Resulta: Umiinit ulo, kasi sabay-sabay na lahat.

8. Passion lang talaga ’yan!
Di yan galit, passionate lang si chef. Kapag seryoso sa luto, nagmimistulang galit sa mundo. Pero sa totoo lang, mahal lang talaga niya ang pagkain.
