Famous for their “Great Heat” Jasmine IPA brewed with local Changhua jasmine.
Flavor: Tropical and citrusy American hops with clean floral jasmine and a balanced bitterness.
Aroma: Strong jasmine bouquet layered with citrus, pine, and light malt spice.
Ingredients: American hops plus Taiwanese jasmine (sometimes rice) for a local twist.
Style: A smooth, drinkable American-style IPA or Session IPA—not overly bitter.
