An Artisan take on the classic spritz!

Thoughtfully curated cocktail inspired from previous vedrenne masterclass on how to capture the essences, flavors, and notes. In this competition, the pride of the Philippines will be showcased to exquisitely blend with the historic French liqueur brand and producer that uses high-quality ingredients, the Vedrenne Liqueur.

This cocktail comes from the name itself "aspirer" means to strive, to make a great and persistent effort to achieve something, often in the face of difficulty. As a bartender entering in this huge competition, he strives in honing his crafts.

One of the hand-picked ingredients is Narra Tree Flowers. Small, yellow, and fragrant, blooming in clusters and adds vibrant color to the tree during its blooming season. Using this ingredient to create a fragrant artisan base with grassy herb notes which plays well with bitter orange taste of Vedrenne Aperitivo. Grilled pineapple cordial to balance the acidity and hint with smoky notes. Effervescence from soda and tonic water which makes it a refreshing drink yet artisanally sophisticated.
