MECHANICS:

1. This competition is OPEN TO ALL AMATEUR SINGERS age 16 years old and up.
2. Participants have the freedom to choose their songs. (any genre)
3. Contestants could be either both males, both females, or male and female or doble cara. Contestants are allowed to join, just once.
4. The time of the performance should not exceed 5 minutes.
5. Attire must be decent and appropriate for the competition.
6. It is the contestant's responsibility to signify their presence one hour before the contest.
7. The decisions of the judges is final and irrevocable.

The Criteria for Judging are as follows:

VOICE QUALITY - 30%
CONSISTENCY & VIBRANCY - 10%
DYNAMICS - 10%
SHOWMANSHIP - 10%
BLENDING AND COORDINATION - 40%

A TOTAL OF - 100%
