Eight years ago, on August 18, 2018 — 8•18•18 — Roof 71 Bistro + Bar opened its doors and began a journey filled with dreams, hard work, unforgettable nights, and countless memories.
Today, August 18, 2026, we proudly celebrate 8 incredible years! 🎉🥂
From our first day to thousands of meals served, countless drinks poured, celebrations shared, friendships made, and memories created—Roof 71 has grown because of the people who continue to believe in us and make us part of their stories. ❤️
Eight years later, we are still here, raising our glasses, grateful for every customer, every team member, every partner, and every person who has been part of the Roof 71 journey.
