It was a true privilege to be the 𝘎𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳 for the 𝘏𝘰𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 (𝘛𝘔𝘊𝘊).
Sharing my international journey,
from luxury cruise lines to the global stage,with these passionate future professionals is a mission I take to heart.

During our session, we conducted a Basic Flair Training to give the students a firsthand look at the discipline, speed, and showmanship required in world-class bars.

Huge congratulations to the two (2) outstanding students who won our Scholarship Certificates for the Flair Training Program!
They earned it by proving their knowledge and focus during the seminar.
This is our way of giving back and supporting the future legends of the hospitality industry.

"From the stage to the judge’s seat. 🏆✨

Truly honored to have served as a JUDGE for the STI Mix ‘N Flair: Tagisan ng Talino 2025-2026 National Level held on May 14, 2026, at the historic Baguio Teachers Camp! 🌲

It was an incredible experience witnessing the talent of 8 elite students representing different STI College campuses across the Philippines. Every single competitor was outstanding, you truly gave us judges a hard time with the high level of skill and creativity you brought to the stage! 🇵🇭

A huge congratulations to the winners of the National Finals:
🥇 CHAMPION: STI College Ortigas
🥈 1st Runner-up: STI College Sta.Maria
🥉 2nd Runner-up: STI College Dasmariñas

Hard work truly pays off! I am beyond proud of our student,
𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘶𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘈𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘻𝘰 from STI College Las Piñas ,
for bagging the 1𝘚𝘛 𝘙𝘜𝘕𝘕𝘌𝘙-𝘜𝘗 (𝘔𝘪𝘹 '𝘕 𝘍𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘳) 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘛𝘐 𝘛𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘰 2025-2026 𝘊𝘭𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘓𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭
held last April 17, 2026, at STI College Dasmariñas.

We only had 6 days of intense training, limited to just 4-5 hours per day, but Charlotte showed incredible focus and dedication.
Seeing her execute the routine and present her signature cocktail, "GALAPONG" (Bibingka Inspired), with such finesse was the highlight of the competition. 🥥

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to STI College Las Pinas for trusting FLAIR BAR ELITE PH . It was an honor to serve as the main coach for Flair and Cocktails for this journey.

Huge thanks also to her co-coach, Ms. Charry Gunio (THM Instructor at STI Las Piñas), for the amazing collaboration and support. Teamwork truly makes the dream work!

Last March 18, 2026, at the College of Science and Technology (NCST) Dasmariñas,Cavite, James proved that excellence starts with the right foundation.

This was his FIRST COMPETITION EVER, and he successfully secured 1ST PLACE! 🥇
What makes this even more legendary?
James achieved this elite status with JUST 5 DAYS OF INTENSE PRACTICE under our mentorship here at Flair Bar Elite Ph. 🕒🔥

It’s a testament to his focus and the power of specialized training. To walk onto a stage for the first time and take home 1st Place is no small feat!
