𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙊𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝘾𝙔𝘽𝙀𝙍 𝙇𝙄𝘽𝙀𝙇 𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙀𝙂𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉
This is Shecaniah Mae Magno Olaer, owner of Conching Food Park, described in circulating posts as the 25 year old, single businesswoman from Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte regarding a matter involving an UNPROVEN CLAIM OF CYBER LIBEL (Online Libel).
Although the posts refers to me by an alias and blurred my face, it still revealed my real name and identity. Furthermore, some NEWS REPORTS HAVE PORTRAYED THE ALLEGATIONS in a manner THAT LED THE PUBLIC TO BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PROVEN, when again, they REMAIN ALLEGATIONS.
THEREFORE, as business owner, I find it necessary to issue this statement promptly to prevent confusion among our valued customers, tenants, investors, business partners, and the general public.
First, I would like to clarify that upon knowing of the situation, i VOLUNTARILY went to CBR PNP and WAS NOT APPREHENDED/ARRESTED by any police unit CONTRADICT to the impression that may have been created by the photos and captions that has been circulating online.
Second, to everyone who has expressed concern, please do not worry. 🤍🤍🤍 ihave long been an advocate of Political Science and the legal process.. i truly understand that these proceedings is part of justice system.. however, if any actions or publications go beyond what is legally necessary and result in unnecessary prejudice and MISINFORMATION, my legal counsel will also not hesitate to pursue appropriate legal remedies.
Third, to our beloved customers of Conching Painitan Sa Cabadbaran Since 1989, our tenants, investors, friends, family and our soon to be official partners of Conching Food Park & Pickleball Club, I extend my sincere gratitude for your continued trust, confidence, and unwavering support. Your encouragement means a great deal to us, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to ensuring that our business will continue to serve our community with the highest standards of dedication, professionalism, and integrity.
Lastly, I extend my respect and appreciation to the Chief of the Cabadbaran City Police Station along with its officers and personnels, as well as to all law enforcement personnel and news broadcasters who continue to perform their duties with integrity, fairness, and honesty, remaining faithful to their oath of public service and committed to upholding the rule of law WITHOUT undue INFLUENCE or PERSONAL INTEREST.
