4.3. The serving or drinking of liquor in the business establishments or places of entertainment shall only be from 10AM to 11PM, with closing time of 11PM. Furthermore, the last call for alcohol orders will be strictly at 9PM.
๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป 9. ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐.
9.1. on the part of the owners/operators of places of amusement and business establishments:
9.1.1 Every act committed in violation of the specific prohibitions under section 4,5,6 and 7 herein shall be fined the amount of ๐,๐๐๐ pesos for each offense.
9.2. ๐ข๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐
9.2.1, Persons drinking in public places and inside vehicles, either moving or parked that are within public places; and
9.2.2, Minors drinking liquor.
For every offense - ๐,๐๐๐ Pesos
It shall be the parents/guardians of minor violators who shall pay for the fines/penalties imposed herein.
